Holland Rd - BelLEvue hill

Demolition of old car port and excavation for 2 car garage and storage room.

Reconnection of house sewer to sewer main. 5 metres down from street level, shoreing equipment used  in excessively sandy ground.

Spencer St - Rosebay

Demolition of old kidney shaped pool and excavation for a new lap pool. Project lasted 1 ½ weeks with 50m3 of sand being removed.

Anzac Av - west ryde

Construction of a 52 space customer car park for NAPE Electronics and Office Works.
The project required retaining walls, storm water pits, disabled car space and ramp, compaction and sealed with bitumen and lane marks / wheel stops.

Planthurst Rd - Carlton

Demolition and removal of stairs and pathways along side of house.

Tight access excavation of rock and sandstone from back yard.

The rock was cut along the boundary’s to give a neat clean finish. The sandstone was removed to give the owner more room and a great outside entertaining area with a difference.

The job spanned over 2 ½ weeks. The removal of a 120m3 of rock and around 25 tonnes of concrete and rubbish.

Planthurst Rd - Carlton

Removal of rubbish from yard and excavation of back yard to make the yard level ready for turffing.
